Joe Ryan, the owner and founder, launched Cincinnati Music Management in 2011. With years of experience in the music industry, Joe has held influential positions, including On-Air Personality in Texas on KVLL 94.7 FM and KTBQ (Q107) 107.7 FM, as well as in Cincinnati, OH on WYGY "Young Country Y96" 96.5 FM. He also served as a talent scout for the prestigious William Morris Endeavor in the East & Southeast Texas areas.
Additionally, Joe founded the digital radio stations WKKH Guerilla Radio Cincinnati (Rock), WLBO El Lobo (Latin), and WKKH 'Crazy Country' (Country) through the National Association of Digital Broadcasters and the IRUC.
